How Your Data Is Collected
Your data is collected when you provide it to us. This could be, for example, data you enter into a contact form. Your data is used solely to process your inquiry and for potential follow-up questions. Your data is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties.
Other data is collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit our website. When you visit the CoCreatify website, our web server automatically stores the IP address of your internet service provider, the website you visited before ours, the specific pages you visit on our site, as well as the date and duration of your visit. This information is essential for the technical delivery of the website and secure server operation. This data is not evaluated on a personal level.
If you use one of our services, we generally collect only the data necessary to provide that service. You may be asked to provide further information on a voluntary basis. The processing of personal data is carried out to provide you with our services or to pursue our commercial goals.
Please note: Data transmission over the internet (e.g., communication via email) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of your data from access by third parties is not possible.
Personal Data
When you use this website, various personal data is collected. Personal data refers to data that can identify you as an individual, such as your name, address, and email address. You are not required to disclose personal data to simply visit our website. In certain cases, CoCreatify will need your name, address, and other details to provide the services or products you have requested. If we supply you with informational material or respond to inquiries, the same rules for handling personal data apply. Additionally, CoCreatify stores only the data you voluntarily or automatically transmit to us.
Automatically Stored Non-Personal Data
For administrative and technical reasons, certain information is stored when you visit the CoCreatify website. This includes the type and version of browser used, the date and time of access, and your IP address.
This data is anonymized and used only for statistical purposes or to improve CoCreatify’s online services. The anonymized data is stored separately from personal data on secure systems and cannot be linked to any individual. This ensures that your personal data remains protected at all times.
Revocation of Your Consent to Data Processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You have the right to request information—free of charge—about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data at any time. You also have the right to revoke consent you have already given, and to request correction or restriction of your data. To do this, simply send an informal email to us. The legality of the data processing carried out before the revocation remains unaffected.
Objection to Promotional Emails
We hereby object to the use of contact data published in accordance with legal requirements (e.g., in the legal notice) for sending unsolicited advertising or informational materials. The site operator expressly reserves the right to take legal action in the case of unsolicited promotional messages, such as spam emails.
Spam Protection with Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA in forms on our website to verify whether the data entered in the forms is provided by a human or by an automated program or "bot." This tool automatically analyzes visitor behavior when interacting with the website using various data points such as IP address, session duration, and mouse movements.
The data processed includes usage data (e.g., pages visited, date and time, and mouse activity) as well as communication data (e.g., IP address, browser type, and operating system). This processing is intended for website visitors and users of online services. The main purpose is to prevent misuse of our contact form and thereby increase security. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
